I offer warm and accepting therapy for adults, families, and children.
I am continuing to offer face to face sessions for those who choose this from my private practice in Cheltenham, or online via video call.
I provide a non-judgmental, safe space giving you the time to explore whatever you wish to bring. As an integrative therapist, my approach is based upon person-centred and relational counselling, essentially, this means I am influenced by you, and what you personally need.
I believe counselling is somewhere you will feel heard and understood, which provides opportunity and the foundations for healing and change.
I have experience working with a range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and behaviour patterns. Relationship & family difficulties, loss, and bereavement, or identity issues. What you bring is totally up to you, we are all unique, and need support at times when it feels somewhat difficult to work through alone.
We will work together in exploring a way forward, helping you make sense of what you are going through or where you may be feeling stuck.
I have completed additional training in supporting GSRD clients who have diverse identities, sexualities, relationships, and lifestyles.
Where I work from
My therapy room is at Essential Space, Knapp Road. It is in Cheltenham town centre and has off-street parking, and is close to the rear entrance of Waitrose car park. If you would prefer, I also offer online or telephone sessions, and will hold sessions for young people at their school during school hours if preferred.

Alongside 1-1 sessions for individuals, I provide bespoke support and advice to families who are experiencing difficulties or going through a challenging time. This includes counselling, advice or signposting, and attending any multi-professional meetings if required.
